There is  New York University in three blocks west of KCC building.
Kampo Harada, who bought the actual KCC building in 1975 as a North American base for cultural exchange and acquisition of materials, started his teaching activities in many parts of America.  Now there are about 1,000 members learning calligraphy at 25 branches.   The calligraphy course was started in KCC in 1984, so please join us if you live in this area.
